Aluminum foil composite film sampling bag is composed of multiple layers of polymer film and aluminum foil composite. This product has stable chemical properties and can store general industrial gases for a short period of time, ensuring constant concentration.
Aluminum foil composite film sampling bags can be used to collect percentages of hydrogen (H2), oxygen (O2), nitrogen (N2), methane (CH4), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), industrial gases, petrochemical gases, environmental gases, and greenhouse gases.
The operating temperature for aluminum foil composite film sampling bags is -30 ℃ to+60 ℃.
The aluminum foil composite film sampling bag can be reused and needs to be cleaned with pure air or high-purity nitrogen gas.
We can customize sampling bags according to customer needs. For example: 5 milliliters to 500 liters.

Tedlar ® PVF sampling bag
Tedlar ® The PVF sampling bag is made of polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) film produced by DuPont in the United States, with a thickness of 50 microns. This product has excellent chemical resistance, solubility resistance, pollution resistance, and resistance to strong acids and alkalis. At room temperature, it is not affected by conventional solvents.
Tedlar ® The PVF sampling bag can collect carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), benzene, radon and thiols, hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvent gases. Suitable for short-term storage of low concentration (ppm, ppb level) corrosive gases and chemically active gases (for pre saturation treatment). Collection of photosensitive compounds and halogenated volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
If containing ppm or ppb level active compounds, high-purity nitrogen should be used to clean the sampling bag to reduce the influence of background. The sampling bag can also be placed in an oven and heated at 40 ° C to 60 ° C to weaken the influence of the background.
Tedlar ® The PVF sampling bag is applicable to the national environmental protection standards HJ 732-2014 "Sampling Bag Method for Volatile Organic Compounds in Fixed Pollution Source Exhaust Gas" and HJ 38-2017 "Determination of Total Hydrocarbons, Methane, and Non Methane Total Hydrocarbons in Fixed Pollution Source Exhaust Gas by Gas Chromatography" of the People's Republic of China.
